Common Problems
- I've been inactive and I didn't receive the free deck
- I didn't receive any pack for returning to the game
The free deck is only granted to New Players who complete the Apprentice Track and to Returning Players who have not logged into Hearthstone in the past 3 months.
You will be able to test six different decks for 7 days. After 7 days, you will be able keep one of the decks.
Customer Support cannot grant free decks.
