Common Problems
- I got a warrior deck, but I wanted a different class
- I chose the wrong class when I was offered the free deck
Once you have chosen a free deck after returning to Hearthstone, it is not possible to get a different one if you change your mind about the class you chose. If you aren't happy with the class, you can disenchant the cards to use towards building another deck. Customer Support cannot swap or remove decks.
