Common Problems
- I see a red X on one of my Hearthstone decks.
- Error: "The selected deck is not valid for this game mode".
- My deck greyed out with error "not usable".
You will receive this error if one or more of the cards in your deck were disenchanted, moved to Wild Format, or if your deck contains cards from the Core Set that have rotated as they do with every Hearthstone year. You may also receive this error if you attempted to import a deck from a deck builder website via a copy/paste code, as these codes may include invalid cards.
You must replace any disenchanted, Wild Format, or Core Set cards in the deck before you can use it or create your deck manually. If the missing card was disenchanted, crafting it again will also resolve this problem.
