Diablo IV Digital Deluxe or Ultimate Edition Items Missing In-Game

Diablo III In-game Items

Diablo III items from the Ultimate Edition are not cross-platform. They are only available on the platform you purchased the Ultimate Edition on. This means if you purchased on console, you would need to claim these items in Diablo III for the same console. Xbox users will need to download these under the Manage Games & Add-ons menu.

Diablo IV In-game Items

Once you unlock your first mount in Diablo IV by completing the Priority Quest Donan’s Favor after finishing Act 3 of the main campaign, you can find the Light Bearer mount in your inventory at any of the stables in-game.

The Wings of the Creator emote is not automatically assigned to the emote wheel. To add it to the emote menu, please follow these steps:

1. Open emote menu by pressing D-Pad Up on your controller or pressing E on your keyboard.
2. Choose an empty emote slot and select Customize.
3. In the new window, find the Wings of the Creator emote.
4. Assign it to an empty emote slot and confirm action.
