Common Problems
- I forgot which platform/account had my Overwatch 1 progress and merged the wrong account with my Battle.net Account
- I merged my console account into Battle.net but my progress isn't here
If you are unable to locate your console Overwatch account, please contact your console support.
If you know the credentials of all your accounts, you can try to unlink from the current Battle.net account and link again as explained here.
Once linked to a Battle.net account, progress from a console account cannot be merged to a different Battle.net. A confirmation is required to finalize the merge.
