The Arreat Summit

So, you want to report errors in the Arreat Summit? You realize that this email is only for web page problems and not for any problems you're experiencing with Battle.net, your characters, or bugs in Diablo II? Some people don't take the time to read these pages and still email about problems people are having with their characters on Battle.net. This of course has nothing to do with the Arreat Summit and the web team. You should instead talk to Blizzard Tech Support which the web team does not belong. So we have made it more difficult to find our contact email for this guide so that people will actually read these pages rather than ignoring them and blindly sending email about things that have nothing to do with the web team. To find our email hold down your left mouse button and select the black (text) area between the two lines at the bottom of this page. You'll then find a link to mail us.

Where can I report corrections or problems with the Arreat Summit?
We are glad to get your help on our guide. But we ask that you follow some rules. This will insure that our time is not wasted investigating bogus or wrong reports.

Do not report problems unless you are using Diablo II Lord of Destruction version 1.09D
When reporting problems, please be sure to list the link or URL of the page with the problem, the problem sentence, and your suggested change. It's sometimes hard to pick the error out if you do not tell us what it is.
Please check the current version of the site for the errors and do not report errors from pages that you have saved to your hard drive. These pages are outdated and the mistakes you report might already be fixed.
If you have a display problem, list your Browser name and version.
Please do not report errors unless you are sure you are right. Submit evidence (screenshots) if possible if the information in game conflicts with the guide. Error reports without screenshots may be ignored. This is not necessary if there is a clear typo, spelling mistake or so on with the guide. This is only necessary if you are saying that the game says one thing while the Arreat Summit says another. You do not need to send us screenshots of our own web site. Just send us the link or URL and the problem sentence and suggested change.
Make sure you include a URL to the page with the problem. We don't have time for an investigation to discover the page you're trying to talk about.
Please do not post Arreat Summit feedback/errors to the forums. Your post may be missed.
"Nit picking Issues" We don't mind receiving "Nit picking issues", especially if they are grammar or spelling related. But in the case of other information we may not have time to change things if they really don't need to be changed.
Do not report errors on Unique Items unless you are 100% sure they spawned in Patch 1.09 or later.
Do not report errors on Unique Items if your item is Ethereal. We do not list the Ethereal Versions (most people do not want them)
If you're submitting screenshots of game versions other than English, please translate the text into English. Sorry!

Please note that the Web email address is for Arreat Summit only and that mails on any other issues related to Diablo II: Lord of Destruction such as bugs, problems, should be sent to Blizzard Tech Support. Emails that do not relate directly to the web site will be deleted so if you want your email to be heard and responded to, send it to the right place (Blizzard Tech Support).
